Storm was born in Devizes in Wiltshire. The mating had been done to hopefully mature his mother Crea. We had not planed to keep anything from the litter as it was a total out-cross - barring one dog in the whole of a five generation pedigree lining up. But he was a stunning puppy so we kept him and he became our first Champion.  He is now the oldest member of the Golden pack (2006). Storm picked up with Jenny till the end of 2005 when it became obvious he, was going deaf.  Because my nerves could not take him disappearing into the woods after runners and her not being able to find him, we finally told him he had to retire, much to his disappointment as he really enjoyed his days out on the shoots. He still goes to some of the Breed Club Shows to show off in the Parade of Champions ring. 

Storm is the sire of the International Champion Amirene Dream On, living in Germany, also South African Champion Purbarn Hailing Hard.  He is also the sire of our ‘P’ Gales N’ Golden Rain who has 1 CC + BOB. JW. Sh CM. & SGWC.   Also the sire of our ‘P’ Hail in the Storm who has taken Best Gamekeepers Dog In Show 3 times in the last four years!
