Twister and Rich in the ring at Crufts 2010 when Twister took 4th in the Special Puppy Class.

Twister was from the last litter from Holly and is therefore Drizzles ½ brother. He started his show carer well and qualified for Crufts at his first Championship Show.

However he was at a bit of a disadvantage at the Open Shows early on as he was up against our Flury and she is 2 months older than him. But now that Flury has won her JW and dropped her puppy coat Twister has been doing quite a bit of winning at Open Shows.

Before he was 12 months old he took Reserve Best Puppy in Show at Merseyside Gundog Club Open Show

 He also took RBPIS at GRC of Wales Championship Show.

Since being out of Puppy classes he has already won a Best of Breed and many 1st prizes at Open Shows and placings at Champ Shows.Including 4th at Crufts in the Special Puppy Class.

Rich hopes to work him in the Shooting Field in the 2010/2011 Shooting Season and also show him in the Gamekeepers classes at Crufts in the future.I have already taken him out on the shoot here to see what his reaction would be, he behaved well and retrieved a hen Pheasant from cover and brought it tenderly to hand, so the basics insticts are there.

This was his first ever retrieve on a shoot day.
